Evidence-based medicine… with recipes

If you know me or my other blog, you’ll know that I’m obsessed with clinical science. Part of the reason I came to England was to figure out how they bring evidence into practice here, and ensure that all patients get the best care. One of England’s great evidence-based medicine practitioners is Dr. Richard Lehmann, who also teaches at Oxford. His weekly Journal Watch is an amusing look at new research in journals. Yes, it is for geeks, but if you pay attention this week there is a reward for foodies – a couple of recipes: one for duck (I’m all over it!) and one for salmon. I hadn’t noticed them in other issues.
